"I’ve been seeing Dr. Elder since I was a little kid and she’s always been the best! I recommend her to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!"
"I really liked Dr. Elder (she came highly recommended by my viteroretinal surgeon) but after having gone to the practice twice for exams and contacts, I left feeling like I was at a used car lot trying to sort out the best price their products. It's almost like there were two offices in one. The doctor who was professional and respectful and the front staff trained to extract as much as they could from your wallet. Maybe, it's just the way the chain trains its front employees, I don't know. I wish others who go there, well, but I won't be back."
"Dr Elder is good as well as the Dr assistant. Rest of the workers are rude. 10 months later and it’s gotten even worse! I’ve received phone calls about paying a bill. I paid at the time of service! I called them back to see what the bill was for and they told me that I needed an account number and that it should be in the mail. NOTHING. Finally they sent a bill for over $100 with no itemized list of what this was for. Seriously, the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. This is saying a lot considering I’ve gotten medical attention in the south Bronx."
"DO NOT GO THERE. I went there in April to get fitted for contacts and still do not have contacts that I can read with and it’s almost August. I never write bad reviews, till now. They are incompetent and customer service is horrible, particularly the manager. They ordered the wrong contacts for me, They gave me the same exact trial contacts 3 times. Today I went to pick up trials again and they were the same. I went right back in and was told to try them( because the first 2 times were not enough) then come back on Monday with them in. This will be my 3rd time to see the doctor and my fifth time there. Save yourself the frustration, find another provider."
