"Extremely dissatisfied! Only the deep cleaning in our house was okay which was probably because it was the first one and REAL expensive one. Also, it was the foundation for all the future cleanings. We got 4 cleanings done in total. Initially we got different teams each of the first two times. Also, cleaning was NOT up to the mark, and they hardly spent the required time to clean the house. Each time cleanings were rushed through and when we made a complaint right after the last cleaning, instead of owing to the mistakes and assuring us, the owner said, " You can look for some other cleaning services as we will not be able to provide anything more than what we are doing currently". We were startled by their response and were wondering as to how in today's competitive world any company could survive with such pathetic customer complaints system in place and extremely arrogant people!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MOLLY MAID TO ANY OF OUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!"
