"Note: no staff on site, do not make appointments here! Despite reading all the negative reviews, and not being able to speak with someone on the phone, this location is 3 minutes away from work so I thought it was worth a shot. When I arrived, there was already a patient waiting outside for their appointment. The door was locked and lights were off. I tried calling but no answer. After 5 minutes of banging on the door another patient showed up also with a scheduled appointment. Someone finally unlocked the door only to share that someone on staff walked off the job! Not sure if it happened today but she seemed frazzled. Closest location is either Manhasset or New Hyde Park. Don’t waste your time coming here."

"They actually hate humans here. The way they treated people…… children in particular was atrocious!! in front of everyone in the waiting room. They are really, really unprofessional. I’m not sure how they are still open.there is nothing simple or convenient about this place. Worst experience ever and I know I’m not alone. Everyone in the waiting room shared the same experience. Once inside lab technicians were much nicer. They really should have a more pleasant human at the front"

"Checked in for my 1pm appointment and chose the option to wait outside since the waiting room was pretty crowded. I entered my phone number and received a confirmation text. I never received a follow up text to let me know to come back inside as instructed. The person came out to scream at me saying I was late. I explained the situation, but she simply closed the door. I was given no explanation on what happened or when I would be seen. Unprofessional."

"I honestly wish I could give negative stars. The employees here do not know how to treat patients. I had to drop off a sample; both my doctor and I were unaware that required an appointment. I was literally screamed at by their employee for daring to try to drop it off without an appointment. She refused to accept it and proceeded to also scream at the patient behind me who attempted to come in as a walk in. No one deserves to be screamed at and treated in such an inhumane matter. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Great Neck or New Hyde Park location."

"Had a great experience today getting a blood test. As soon as I checked in at the kiosk, I was called in. The lab tech was really friendly and knowledgeable and it was the most painless experience I’ve had taking blood. Very quick process and was out within 15 minutes of arriving."
