"12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives. I really would like to give a great big THANKS to her for her PROFESSIONALISM and patience with me from start to finish! Thank You Keisha"

"Had no issues making a return here. It does get busy, so you will have to wait in line. Big deal. I have seen a lot of people treat these employees here with disrespect. Do better world! Thanks ups for great service."

"Wow, awful customer service. They actually lied to me a told me I didn’t have a scannable code for a UPS shipping label, although I did as I drove to different UPS store directly with the same bar code which they scanned and printed label for the package! If I could give the zero stars I would."

"Everyone is always sweet and helpful. I enjoy the employees at this locations. Sometimes it can be really busy no fault if their own. This is in a plaza which offers a ramp to the right for handicap purposes. The delivery drivers also use this ramp to load and unload packages. Instead of parking in front of nail salon, you would park on thr other size (by 67 diner) and walk in. Will packages items for a small fee. Boxes and tape available for purchase."

"This location is definitely NOT handicap/disabled friendly. There are ZERO handicap parking spots (there isn't a single handicap parking spot in the whole lot) There isn't a ramp or even a stop sign with a crosswalk so that people who are USING mobility assistance (whether by walker or wheelchair) can access the closest access point (which is literally 2 stores down from the UPS store. If the fact that getting into this store was hard enough... The employee was rather rude and they didn't need to be. Maybe they were having a bad day ...but it's not right to be nasty/rude because I was flustered and confused my items. Honestly the lack of handicap accessibility makes me wish I could give ZERO stars. If you're disabled and need to use any mobility aids DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I'm sure there are other locations that are ADA compliant."
