"Want to give a shout out to Cindy at the UPS store for her fabulous customer service. I had a large return and was super unsure of what to do. Cindy took my item, explained everything and weeks later I got my return. Quick and easy! Now I do my Amazon returns there! Great place!"

"If i could give zero stars i would, one of the employees were very rude and had no type of customer service skills, She would not release my package due to the fact it didn't have my name on it but I'm the one who Switched it over to get it picked up at this location and through my UPS my CHOICE. She did not even have a urge or compassion to help me with this issue. I will not be returning here, she needs to learn customer service skills training."

"I was at this location and meet the friendliest team ever! The store owner Mohammed and his staff where so kind and knowledgeable! I was so surprised by how fast the were taking care of my return and my shipment! This is my UPS store to go to! Thanks again Mohammed for all you help today!"

"TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE YOU'LL THANK ME. It's really a frustrating store to walk into. Not all the staff is the same and some have better customers service than other. The older gentleman who I assume is the owner is very rude and unprofessional and has 0 customers service. Just because you own the business doesn't mean you have customer service experience. I came in today to return Amazon package that half were QR codes and the other half were labels. Packages were closed and ready to go other than the label not taped to them. He made a rude remark and I went off on them because every time I come here they always have a rude remark to say. I explained to him that I needed sleeve to put the labels on and he said that's not his job. Never wanted them to him to finish it for me just need the sleeves. He wondered why I went off on him and after I told him I don't need his rude attitude he said he wasn't being rude. I explained if he wants me to take my business elsewhere I'd be more than happy to. I'm really not sure why they try to cut cost every whichever way they can when UPS provides these sleeves to them for free. I can understand if you have to buy the sleeves, but if they're free there I no reason you cannot have them near the counter for a customer to grab and stick their label inside. They're penny nickel and dime you here for everything. Not really a place I want to give me business to if they cannot earn it. You'll be better of taking you business to another store. Not sure why UPS allows them to put their name on their store. It gives them a bad rep. Also they'll reply so formal reply to make themselves look better to their reviews. Just keep scrolling and you'll see they do this to a lot more than just me. You're probably going to be next!"

"The manager of that store - now I can't remember her name was incredibly helpful to me. I needed a document notarized after normal hours for doing so and she was more than happy to help me out and in very short order late on a Friday. She was also incredibly nice about everything. As it turns out, when I told my wife about this wonderful woman at the UPS Storie my wife said - I know exactly who she is - she's amazing !!"
