Despite a rocky start, I was able to overcome challenges I never thought possible and became the best person I can be because of that. "My son did not like or enjoy school until he went to Westfield. It is a small, intimate setting that personalizes education so that students can become truly interested in learning. The therapeutic component helps teach kids how to deal with their issues. The administration is very responsive to parental requests. My son loves cartooning so they hired a teacher to do an elective in cartooning. We wanted him to learn computer graphics so they brought someone in who could teach him that. He is interested in writing stories, so his English teacher created writing assignments that fit this interest. This is a unique school filled with caring and dedicated teachers and administrators."

Each day that has followed the faculty and staff have been supportive and compassionate to the needs of our daughter. "I've been going to The Westfield Day School for about 6 years now. I started going to Westfield when I was in 7th grade. I am now in 12th grade and going to be graduating soon. I can say this if I haven't gone to to this school I would not be where I am now. When I first visited Westfield I instantly fell in love, not because the teachers are so welcoming and nice, but because the students are caring and welcoming. The Westfield Day School is a place where students can feel free to be themselves. Where they can improve their academics in a small, safe community of people who are both intelligent and kind. The administration and teachers go out of their way to make sure that all students feel included and that all the students support one another."
