"Each time I go here the rules change depending on who’s working. Today someone who came in after me asked me what time my appointment was and then said, “okay I’m after you then.” He then went in the door leading to the lab without being called, to advise that he’d forgotten his I.D. Ten minutes later he came out all done and looked at me with a big smile, saying “well that worked out well.” So I guess not only can people cut in front of others with an appointment but can get away without having an I.D. as well. When I questioned the woman who saw him she lied initially and then stormed off when I told her he’d told me what time his appointment was. Always a joke at this place."

"Rude staff. Insisted there was a 2 hour wait to be seen. Waiting room empty and she said she can’t take anyone because she is waiting for those with appointments to come In. When I got frustrated and started asking questions, she told me “good luck getting in today”. That this is how it is. Do better Quest."

"The auto receptionist for this location and websites all state this Quest takes both walk-in's and appointments - the technician at the location when I arrived stated it was not a walk-in and I needed to make an appointment. The office was completely empty when I was there. Had to leave to then make an appointment and return the next day - and this was for a fasting blood draw. Awful lying customer service."

"The new automated check in has streamlined things. After checking in you can do your insurance information on your cell phone. Your place in line is noted on the television screen Oh, so you always know how long your wait will be. The phlebotomist are you experienced and efficient."
