"This place is very unprofessional. This first time I went they told me sorry dress not ready. I drive from Stamford and no one called me and I gave them a month in advance. I went today to pick up my dress and had to wait for it. I told her long sleeve. And she said no you didn’t bc she forgot. They speak Spanish so I think it’s hard for them to understand too. This is not good business. Also the lady try to charge me alteration fee. When I already paid the other lady in full. They try to cheat me. Not good. I don’t recommend anyone going here to buy dresses."

"The people who work there are kind and compassionate. They fixed the mistake of my bridal shops work. My bridal shop completely altered my dress for someone a 2 sizes smaller and said I gained weight which I had not proof from measurements and scale. Giulianas made my day! I am so thankful! Go here for really excellent work!"

"Today was my first time coming to Giuliana's and it was hands down THE BEST customer service I've ever received in my life! I was on a search for a prom dress and quickly found the perfect one with the help of the ladies there. I literally can’t stop smiling.They were super accommodating and honest. I also loved how small and cute the boutique was! It was nice to get that one-on-one attention. If you are on the lookout for prom dresses/special occasion dresses, please hit this place up first!"

"I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! The clothes are adorable, you can find cute rompers and dresses for all occasions. The staff are very friendly and often helps me assess which outfits look the best! They will also help you accessorize. My favorite thing about the shop is the alterations. Carmen did a fantastic job with my wedding dress. She was able to completely alter the back of the dress from corset to a zipper. Also days before my wedding she was able to take out some layers of tool. I live in Norwalk and now go to Fairfield for all alterations (so does my mom)!"
