"I’ve been to the Staples printing department a couple of times and I would love to give a special shout out to Jasline & Bri. They are so patient and kind and I cannot thank them enough. I come in sometimes very last minute and they’re so quick to attend to not only me but other customers around and it’s nice to know that Staples hires good associates that want to work and actually help people. I’ve been to other Staples locations and their customer service isn’t what it is compared to the Port Chester store. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to a few colleagues with some projects !"

"EMPLOYEES WHO DON’T APPRECIATE TIME I went to this staples to get my photos laminated and the guy there supposedly didn’t know how to do it and he said he would call the girl that knows how to do it. She took her sweet time and didn’t come for about 15 minutes and when she came she had a nasty attitude. She couldn’t even talk to me personally she told the other guy to tell me I had to wait a while to get my pictures ready. She also messed up my pictures, they ended up coming out with bubbles and she said it was because of the material and no it was not because of that, they came out like that because she didn’t even wanna do it so she didn’t take her time to do it right. Worst staples experience…."

"Employees who do not appreciate time. I went to Staples to get the service of laminating one page. I spent 12 minutes listening to employees: “I am busy”(was talking), I will call someone(no one was called), another walked away in silence, and my favorite one: For the question of the colleague, “Are you busy right now?” He looked at us, said “kinda,” and walked away, promising to come back. This is a story of spending 12 minutes waiting for 3min service and watching employees around who are “kinda busy”. I walked away without getting fast service. Time is everything."

"Amazing staff!!!!! I can’t believe express how great full I am. I had last minute orders for a big event and the two young lady’s at the printing station did everything possible to make it happen thank you again !!!"

"I was excited to go to the store....for a b'day shopping....when it came to check out...I encountered a problem, the associate Lou couldn't solve the issue so I called Corporate and it did not get better....One of my items was a clearance product on clearance for 9.99 USD...I was expected to get it on special....they won't...so I see customers are worth only to spend no manner what...very disappointed.....not even a 20% OFF to apologize for putting me in this situation...nothing....!!!"
