"I’ve used Cluetts in Ludlow since 2010. They go above and beyond for customer service! I’ve dealt with Eric and Chris (the owners) firsthand. They believe in carrying great products and will match the prices of the big box stores. I will always get my appliances from them! So far, I’ve purchased - a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dehumidifier and if there’s any problems they fit it and make it right. It feels good supporting another small business!!!"

Very satisfied experience in the store. They delivered my refrigerator within the week. They took my old one, installed the new one and showed me the features.
