"They don’t answer the phone, they just seem to put a “bandaid” over the problem with my fridge. They don’t give clear answers and always give me the runaround about my appliance."
"Bought a washing machine from them on a friday. They said they would deliver it on saturday which turned into sunday and finally monday it arrived. Went to use it and it was broke. Was told they would send somebody right out and nobody ever came. Nor are they answering their phone now."
