"I bought chairs and they were delivered today. I didn’t like how they fit my house. I called immediately and was told there are no returns, but they could take them back and give me half of what they sell them for, therefore getting paid twice themselves and not even giving us half our money back. I literally called within HOURS of the delivery. Such a scam and terrible experience."

They provide their consigners with a list of items that sold and how much each item sold for. They also do free pick ups which is awesome and convenient. "When I contacted them, I believe it was the owner who I spoke with, didn't sound very interested from the get go. He asked me a couple of questions about the furniture then said he didn't think it was anything he would be interested in, but send HIM pictures which I did. Now according to their write up, they said they come to your house and evaluate the items. I'm in Plainview maybe 15 miles away, They couldn't just drop by and look? I received an email after he saw the pictures again he said it did not seem like anything he wanted but indicated he would take a look. I haven't heard from him since. I left 2 messages with the receptionist because he was out when I called to ask when he was coming, neither was returned. My impression of Attic Door is not good at all, hence this review."
