"Typically do shop here but I will no longer. To wear an item and blatantly return it no receipt or anything is obviously an issue. To not be able to return an item that was never worn, had tags and a receipt but turned away because the tags on the pants are unattached is absurd. I wanted to do a simple exchange and purchase more items but they are not worth it. Now if it were stapled of my own doing that would’ve been a problem too. Horrible policy. Not worth. You can not keep customers like that. A simple exchange with an unworn item should not be that difficult."
"Went into this store and there were multiple people working and not one greeted me. You would think people would be happy to see customers after the year we’ve had. After I did some looking around and going to check out come to find out the manager Anita was one of the people who ignored me as well. You would expect that from the associates but a leader ugh horrible I will never go back to this location."
