"After being mostly happy and loyal customers for 8 years, I got an email this evening from Danielle stating I had not paid an invoice from September. I immediately answered that I had indeed paid the invoice on 12/30 (over a month ago) and that I had only received the invoice (via email) on 11/30/2023. I had paid it exactly 30 days after receiving it. Partly because it slipped my mind and partly because it was the holiday season and things were just busy... But I had credit card receipts and proof they had only sent me invoices for the september pool closing on November 30th... Not only was Danielle rude in the email exchange, she ignored email attachments where I shared with her credit card statements where the invoice from Aqua Leisure was VERY CLEARLY there and paid for and insisted that this was my problem and my fault and they had never sent me a digital invoice that could be paid online at all. I of course showed her the digital invoice from Intuit QuickBooks we had received as well as the receipt SHOWING we had paid the invoice, but she still insisted "the money wasn't in their account" and "how dare I say this isn't my problem". Then... get this... she actually said, so "we closed your pool in September and you pay in December?" as if to shame me for paying late... I pointed out again that we did not receive a paper invoice this year and they hadn't sent the digital one until 11/30/2023. At this point she told me I was being "rude" and to just leave her alone until she had time to investigate further. About 5 mins ago I received an email from one Danielle simply stating they had found my payment and to "have a good night"... no apology, no acknowledgement that she was in the wrong and was sorry to have wasted over an hour of my time insisting we hadn't paid them, when we had LITERALLY proved several times over that we had including giving them reference numbers, the last 4 digits of our credit card and the line for merchants at Bank of America where she could call and verify the payment easily. I'm done with this company and I would warn you all to steer clear. If this is how they treat customers of nearly a decade, just imagine how they'll treat you!! You've been warned."

"Our pool was just finished. The process to C.O. is still ongoing, and we have faced a few challenges as one might expect of most things that get done right in the end. There were some excellent standout contractors/subcontractors, and the project manager and pool designer for Anthony Sylvan were wonderful to work with. But there was at least one character who makes us wary of welcoming new pool persons into our home and lives. Thankfully and wonderfully, my wife and I were happy to receive a tutorial by Diego from Aqua Leisure in Elmsford. Diego is thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly caring. He seems to love his job. He is patient and kind, and I felt a lot of appreciation for him. If Diego’s skills & personality are a promise of high quality and personal touch provided by Aqua Leisure in Elmsford as a whole, I feel excited for the prospect. In sum, Diego made a great first impression and may just have made us Aqua Leisure in Elmsford customers for life."
