"We registered for a dance class and was told the acrobatics class had half dancing. After ONE class we realized it did not so we requested a refund. The business owner, Kelly, was extremely difficult to reason with. It took several emails before she agreed to our refund and when she did, she was extremely rude. Her business misrepresented the type of class it would be. Instead of the poor attitude, we should have received an apology!"
