"I went to pick up my orders instore. There was a total of 2 orders and one order was split into two. When I went in, there was no hi, how are you. Then when I asked for my order, the young man gave me two bags. One I didn’t have so returned it there. The other order was about 6-7 pieces of clothes. They only gave me 1, so was like are you sure this is it? The lady then checked and found it. While finishing up, no thank you have a great day etc. very unprofessional and trashy service."

"On Sunday May 31 I tried to buy something at Carters in New Hyde park I knew I only had 3 minutes to run in and get a pack of undershirts for my son. As I walked in the sales associate Robin says just so you know we close in 3 minutes. Before I could say anything she was told by whoever was at the register that it was 6 O’clock already. Robin proceeds to tell me I couldn’t come in that they were closed (I was already in the store). I then explained I just needed 1 t shirt and there were still ringing someone at the register. She said “ we’ll make it quick”. I was soooo besides myself I just turned around and left. I know I was short on time, but I literally would have been in and out. I am here every week, and although there customer service isn’t stellar, I have never been treated so poorly. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years, and I know it’s not the best feeling when someone comes in last minute, but to tell them they can’t continue to come in when they are ALREADY in the store and then say “ WELL MAKE IT QUICK”, that is ridiculous. I hope they review there customer service protocol."

"It's a really good store for the little ones. Well organized with much to choose from. I come to get my baby clothing here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also make sure to make friends with the kids which is nice too."
