"My package was stolen from this location. USPS has never had my prepaid label in their tracking system. I gave my package to the young dark man with glasses. He said their was no paper for a receipt. My package was reported missing, in USPS database, it was never entered into USPS Tracking, after guy with glasses took my package at the shipping counter."

"Honestly, worst service in my life! The store was completely EMPYT and there was an old guy at the front registers vacuuming the rug. He wasn’t happy at all. I tried to put my rewards number in and it didn’t go through so I asked him to do it again. He bursted at me and said, “I don’t know what your doing”! Seriously! You do know what I’m doing! I’m trying to get my rewards number in! All I needed was ink! Guess what? This store needs STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS LOCATION! THIS IS WHY BIG COMPANIES LEAVE! Employees don’t care!"
