"Purchased an I bot pool cleaner in June 2023 that was refurbished. Brought it in for service 4 times during this past summer. One repair lasted 4 weeks. Still not working properly. Very disappointed I understand a policy of no refunds on refurbished products but don’t I deserve a working unit? UPDATE. In less than 1 hour of a 1 star review I received a phone call from Jeff the assistant manager of the Medford store. He resolved my issue instantly and made my day. He is professional and knowledgeable. It is employees like Jeff and the manager Tim in the Medford store that I give a 10 star rating but unfortunately the highest I can give is 5 star. Congratulations you guys deserve it."

"I purchased all my chemicals through island rec in Medford, New York. The prices are always the best, and they always have plenty of stock on hand. I love the free water testing and they never try upsell anything I don’t need."

"I have been using IR for 20 years now. We still have our original pool and liner. Customer service has been good. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. Our heat pump needed to be replaced through warranty. We did have to wait a little but an outrageous amount of time."

"Everyone is very helpful. I need a lot of shock for my pool. I got the best price around and online. An employee brought me to the shock, loaded it up in a cart, took it to the check out, and then loaded it in my car. It was the easiest purchase ever. I got pool toys and goggles for my grandson on another trip. They showed me the items I need. made it very easy."

"Bought a new liner , Solar cover , and some items that were not needed for the installation. The installation went as planned and I returned the items that were not needed . The customer service staff did an excellent job of having my refund back on my credit card . My pool looks brand new and I am very appreciative to the entire staff at the Medford Island Recreation store. Thank you great job"
