"I've been taking healing and stretching classes for about 3 weeks. I never thought I would be so out of shape. My class is conducted twice a week. I wish If I could come 3 times a week if not everyday. Love the instructor and her vision, she is very patient and know the body anatomy very well. She gives you feedback and works with you closely unlike other facilities. The location is very close to my house.. plenty of parking. The studio is completely remodeled and very clean.
