The group of individuals are so welcoming and accommodating and the instructor was super nice and patient in helping me learn the move sets for the class. "Just like you'd hope from the name, Kendall has super positive vibes and really cares about making her students feel supported and comfortable. This area of CT really needs more instructors and studios like her! Love being able to use the reformers and she has a mix of other equipment too like weights and TRX. Personal sessions are super reasonable and she's very accommodating with schedules. Would highly recommend for any levels or fitness goals :)"
