"White Tiger Taekwondo has been a home away from home for me and my family since 2007. Master Ji and his staff are amazing martial arts instructors, who lead children and adults in great workouts of the body, mind and spirit. My 2 boys have progressed in their Taekwondo technical skills over the last few years at an amazing rate, but even more amazing is the rate at which they've grown in their ability to push themselves to greater heights when facing difficult challenges, learning how to be confident even when failing on first attempts at new tasks and being generous enough to help newer students by sharing what they've learned. It is April 2020 when I write this review and for the last several weeks Master Ji and staff have been providing online Zoom classes. It has definitely not been the same as being in studio, but there are moments when I'm taking class and seeing my boys take class that we totally forget about that we are stuck in our homes. There's no greater testament to how special Master Ji and his team are that they are providing this much needed mental and physical activity at such a high quality of experience."

"My boys (8 and 4) absolutely love this place. We tried a couple other local places before we ended up at White Tiger about 2 years ago and since day one my older son felt just ‘right’ at this place. Master Ji and other instructors created a very warm and fun environment where every child is engaged and feels comfortable. The boys have developed some good friendships with their peers at White Tiger and look forward to attending their classes every week. They also have a very flexible schedule which makes every parent’s life so much easier!"

"I've done a few different classes at a few different places, and this place, both my daughter and I seemed to enjoy the most. It's very convenient to where we live (by greenwich hospital), which was a huge plus. We signed up for the summer special after trying Greenwich kempo and devita karate (both of those places are great as well, and suggest you try them out too). We joined white tiger because the people are friendly, my daughter and I can do classes together, and the instructors are great. The summer special was a great deal, and I'll definitely be signing my daughter up afterwards. The instructors will take you out for a one on one if other classmates are more advanced. They are very patient in teaching, add humor but very firm at the same time. The other classmates watch you and also go gentle on you and have been extremely friendly. Those of you looking to increase cardio but dont want to sit on a bike in a gym, and also learn patience and body control, this seems to be the place. Very satisfied."
