Iron Lion Team is a premier gym located at 2291 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We specialize in boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, and wrestling for both fitness and fight training. Our gym offers classes for kids, women, beginners, and advanced athletes, as well as fight team training for amateurs and professionals. Our focus on strength and conditioning, cardio, and overall fitness ensures there is something for everyone, from fitness enthusiasts to martial arts practitioners.

Led by experienced fighters and competitors, our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each class. Owner Charles Grace, a Muay Thai and kickboxing champion, leads the team with a passion for teaching and training. With a black belt in Kyokoshin Karate and years of experience in various martial arts, Charles and his team are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals and become their best selves.

In addition to martial arts training, we emphasize values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork. Our gym rules promote cleanliness, honesty, and humility, creating a positive and supportive environment for all members. We offer a variety of equipment for sale and require participants to bring their own gear for classes.

Operating hours are Thursday from 7 am to 9 pm, Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm. We do not accept cash payments and all transactions must be made through our website. Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice and a $10 hold fee for account suspensions.
