"My daughter bought something decently expensive here and when my wife came to wash it before she wore it for the first time, it totally fell apart in the machine. We told our daughter to not shop here ever again but she did so anyway without us knowing and the same thing happened once more. These two items are the only piece of clothing that we’ve ever had a problem washing. My wife is also a wizard when it comes to doing laundry so she knew right away that something was off about the quality."

"Worst customer service I have ever received. After receiving a gift that had a broken zipper, I contacted the store for a replacement. Since it was a one of a kind item, the owner offered to pay for the zipper to be fixed. Over one month later and well over a dozen phone calls, I am still waiting for reimbusement. No call backs, no response to mailed receipt. For a high end store, they should be ashamed."
