About the Business

The Immigration Advocacy Support Center (IASC) is a non-profit organization located at 8 Washington Street in New London, Connecticut. We provide low-cost, high-quality immigration-related services to local residents, regardless of their financial status. Our team of lawyers and legal assistants work to ensure equal treatment under the law for immigrants and their families.

IASC is currently hiring a full-time bilingual legal assistant to join our team in New London. Legal assistants provide support to attorneys and general office services. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of low-income immigrants.

Our services are offered on a sliding scale basis, making them accessible to all residents. We are the only non-profit organization in Southeastern Connecticut with Bureau of Immigration Appeals accreditation from the Department of Justice. Our goal is to provide immigration-related legal services and educate the community on immigration law and policy.
