"We were very disappointed with the customer service at this event venue. Despite having three coordinators, there was very little help available on the day of our event. We had our own staff refilling water as they only had 2 servers on for 125 people. I would advise hiring your own coordinator as you can't expect much assistance from the staff. Although the setting is attractive, the food is overpriced and underwhelming.""

"Our agency held its annual meeting at this venue last fall, and we were thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service we received. Despite the beautiful setting, we were charged almost $500 for an open soda bar that we had to remind the staff to set up after our guests had already arrived. The open soda bar only had a pitcher of Sprite, coke, iced tea, and about ten glasses of ice placed in a corner that our guests could not access, even though we had expressly agreed to cans in our contract. The venue was severely understaffed, and as a result, none of our 125 guests could get a refill on water, and our speaker's food became cold because the staff was still serving food when our presentation started. At one point, I had to step in and get a glass of water for our speaker because no staff was available to assist us. When we reached out to request a refund for the "soda bar" a week and a half later (due to illness), we were told that since we didn't complain immediately, our request would not be entertained. Even after we reached out to the owner, Camile Hannoush, we did not even receive the professional courtesy of a response. It is evident that this venue values money over customer service. We won't be returning to this venue and strongly recommend that other organizations do the same."
