"As a professional MMA fighter and athlete ever since I started training at Triton (it has been over a year now) my overall strength, endurance and conditioning have improved to a level beyond anywhere I have ever been before. At Triton, I'm surrounded by motivated people who challenge me every day just like I get challenged in my martial arts community. They have an awesome coaching staff that will train a person on how to do the proper lifts and that pay attention to a person's form and technique first so that they can go to the next level without getting hurt. When I was injured during fight camp, I was limited and could not spar. During that time, I was able to use Triton's training to keep up with my endurance and conditioning. Because of this, I was able to jump right back into sparring without getting too tired. I am really happy to be a part of the family."

"Went with the wife for an on-ramp. I've done classes before but shes never set foot in any gym/box like this before and was very nervous. Owners Steve and Mel were very accommodating and welcoming to both of us and the members of the classes were very nice too. My wife couldn't make the free intro class and Steve bent his schedule to help us out. Awesome. They are very concerned about your health and your safety which was a big upswing from my last box experience a few years back that put a sour taste in my mouth about CF that these guys more than changed. Pricing is very fair for the level of instruction you get and they offer a discount that will help out a great deal. All levels of fitness are there so nobody feels too out of place. We both will be joining Triton Athletics/Crossfit!"

I know that each class will challenge my body in a new way from warm up to finish.
