"This is a SCAM. I called and asked about a housing attorney and they sent me an outdated list of 28 attorneys with wrong addresses, phone numbers, etc. Some attorneys you can't find. For instance if you google Attorney Bernard Cohen @ Pioneer Valley Legal Associates 34 Sumner Avenue there is no attorney by that name and 34 Sumner Ave is a vacant office. There isn't any attorney by the name of Samantha Hopkins with Alekman Ditusa LLC. One attorney is listed in Springfield but when googled has a Holyoke address. Heisler, Feldman, & McCormick have an answering machine and don't return calls. Another attorney that I googled, the law firm of Bacon and Wilson came up and the attorney on the list was not with them. Totally wasted a whole afternoon going through this list. They are totally useless with helping you with any legal problems regarding housing and are some kind of a SCAM."

"They love taking Commonwealth to court. Class action. However. Any clients I send their way, that need their assistance have no recourse, as in nobody called back, or responded. Not even an email, or perfunctory phone call. Just a bunch of 2nd class lawyers that are looking for payout. Don't bother."

"They’re not very helpful & they’re not for the people. They don’t help unless it’s worth the help because they want to look good. I was rejected to this place about 4times, have me same response,”limited resources, they don’t consider an emergency help, other families need help more than I did. I have 3kids don’t that count as family that I needed help? & they don’t give me a time why they don’t take me? Yes they’re responsive right away quickly enough w/ a quick no. Not helpful at all. You gave them more evidence, paperwork to give & other documents. You put the time, the effort & still they don’t give you a time of day! They’re no good people & all they can say is, “sorry!” Are you really now? You’re not sorry!"

"They don't care about me at all I was told to go to zoom on that day and never received anything from them to sign in pass word or code or anything. I called later that day was told I should of called. I did call all morning was called a lier. I don't know what I have hanging over me but I didn't get any help any where. I'm definitely filling a civil suit for what I have been put through My Zantac class action lawsuit will get a lawyer. I found a great one. Filed with attorney general's office and I can prove my abuser lied through his teeth. I'm definitely going to get justice if it kills me. I have to move on."
