"One year of ownership review. Pools are suppose to be a family's dream, this company was a nightmare. All Ken Jr is good at, is selling. I have never seen such poor contractors in 18 years of being in and around major construction projects. They do not answer texts or calls. During my build Martinez's contracting, Ken's sub contractor, did such a poor job that at times I wondered if it was his first pool. Now a year later the pool has settled more than 2 inches and the coping is all cracked. They left all kind of garbage in my yard for weeks to the point I had to get a dumpster to get rid of it my self. Do Not use this company!!!"
