"When I first started taking my kids, who obviously don't know how to swim, the lifeguards there were EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. They do not care, they DON'T PAY ATTENTION to the kids in the water, about 4 times my kid almost drowned, and I personally had to run around that long pool WHILE PREGNANT, and yelling for someone to grab my child out of the water. Another reason I can't really give a higher number of stars is because some of the classes have to many kids at a time. It's hard for any instructor to focus on every kid when he or she in training another child. My child touched the water only 4 times for about 10 seconds in a 45 minute session. He literally just said he learned nothing in this particular class. I noticed the same thing."

"My son has autism and had a challenging time at a previous swim class. I decided to try WoW and am so glad. They have been nothing but kind and understanding. My son has been comfortable and engaged in every lesson. When I had to change his time and it proved to be too much for him (it was later and had many more people in the water), they kindly worked with me to find a solution so that he could continue his lessons in a less stimulating environment."

"This place is wonderful!! I'm very pleased with the instructors. They're very experienced and know how to deal with children that aren't very interested to get in the water. They make classes fun, my daughter who's afraid to be in the water didn't want to leave the first day we were there. It is very reasonably priced. Cleanliness wasn't an issue. I had heard previously from friends it was a deal breaker for them. The thing that turned me off was the service. The lady at the front desk is very rude. When I've asked explanation on certain rules she retorts condescending remarks. The instructors are the best!"
