"Absolutely lovely charming home. Quiet neighborhood, large backyard with fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to make a formal dinner or just barbecuing. The downstairs is private king and bath. Upstairs you have your extended family with their own private bath. The furnishings look like a lot of thought, went into every room. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return."

"Del Mar Vacations has taken such good care of our home in Cape Cod. Prior to working with them I was constantly worried about what was going on there and other property management companies we worked with approached us with problems and no solutions. Any time there has been a need, Del Mar has been so proactive and taken care of it all. So many less headaches and now when we are able to go down and stay in our home it really feels like a vacation. Can't recommend them highly enough!"

"The house was amazing! Very new, modern and clean. It’s very well equipped and has all what is needed. There are also lots of board games, some beach towels, hair dryer, iron which we were not expecting at all. There are also lots of sports equipment in the yard so the kids could have played baseball and badminton. The only thing we would suggest is to place some guidance how to use the washing machine and the dishwasher. The dishwasher wasn’t really cleaning the dishes well for some reason. However, we’ve had a great stay at the house and would definitely come back here again!"

"We stayed at this home for the month of July. When we arrived the home was very clean. Bedding and towels were all white and luxurious. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star resort. There was enough room for our entire family of 10 (at times) to spread out and enjoy every part of this home. The fire pit was fun at night as was the patio with a large table that fit us all. The deck has a large seating area with comfy cushion and a large umbrella. That was our morning coffee sitting area. We will remember this trip in part because we had this glorious home to enjoy as the biggest part of us choosing this location. Del Mar is very professional friendly and always there when you need anything. I would rent another home that they manage again in a heart beat. This home gets 5 stars from us. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!!"
