"Be careful of Marc. Totally unprofessional. He works in cahoots with a lawyer to play with the value of property especially if they want to buy it or if the lawyer is representing your opponent. Firstly, he was supposed to call me before he showed up at my property. He did not, he just showed without warning. Secondly, he give me a inflated value of my house, because he works for the attorney who represented my opponent. It's a good thing, I had another appraiser who got the proper value of my property. Marc was off by 30k. Thirdly Marc took over 3 weeks to give me my appraisal. He was busy cooking the appraisal. My 2nd appraiser went to court to challenge him, but the judge said both should have been given notice to testify. My appraiser was hoping he would have come to court. He pointed out the places he used to increase the value of my property, which was not not in the same area. Marc is a fraud. I pray the God will deal with him. Don't do business with him."
