"Stay away from this company and Alex Marks - they are beyond unethical and represent sellers whose goals are only to extort deposits. My attorney put in the contract that if the well was contaminated that the contract would be void. Their attorney and seller are attempting to hide results and go around the local law rule to test at the well at source. Note from my attorney below. Now their attorney is simply attempting to extort money A written explanation was provided in the letter that I sent to you, both by e-mail and by certified mail. As I stated in the letter, the Contract provided Purchaser with the option to cancel the contract if the testing revealed that the water was not potable. When we received the report indicating that the sample provided indicates a non-potable water supply, Purchaser exercised his option to cancel."
