"I ran into some issues after booking one of their homes on air bnb and needed to cancel. They were very helpful and understanding. Definitely good management that communicates well. Would definitely consider booking again for another home! Also, after you fill out their application online, it takes you to a page with links to excursions and other accommodations. Great experience overall!"

"What an amazing home! Situated on a wooded nature area, the house made you feel like you were on a tropical island. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked, the home provided everything you could ever need. The kitchen had high end features and room for many. The yard was the highlight of the home. Beautiful in ground pool with chaises around it as well as an enormous outdoor kitchen. Also a large fire pit with couches surrounding it. The lighting outside was amazing as well. The views of the bay from the yard were totally incredible especially when watching the skies during sunset. There was a shed with outdoor games as well as kayaks. What more could you want! Owner was outstanding and communicated well. A must if you want to find a quiet oasis with deer and birds as you visitors"

"My mom and I had a fantastic weekend at the beach bungalows in Westhampton. The bungalow had a beautiful bay view and was quite spacious. The space was clean which is a super big factor for us. The team was great in providing manuals on each part of the bungalow - be it how to open the umbrella to how to turn on the ac. Although beach chairs are provided, we still went out and bought our own - chairs are low to the ground. Some fun activities - wolffer estate vineyard, a boat ride in sag harbor (American beauty), dockers for dinner, Goldbergs for a flagel. Overall, a nice experience!"

"My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly can say this place could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice and peaceful. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon."
