"Nice ambiance and atmosphere. It's more family oriented during the day. At night, it seems to cater more to the adults (although kids are still able to come bowl at night). My only gripe would be pricing it's pretty expensive on peak days (fri-sun). There's a large price difference between coming in a Tuesday vs. A Saturday. I have a family of 5 and on a Saturday, it cost us 200$ +. They frequently have coupons on Groupon, where a family of 4 can bowl for approx. 60$ (not Inc. Food or beverages). Be prepared to open your wallet/pocketbook and dig deep to bowl , if ambiance and atmosphere matter to you, then it may be worth it. We also just had our child's birthday party here. It was really nice. We had a personal party coordinator who called and helped me with booking everything. We were able to book the party 3 days before with no problem, and they were able to coordinate us. We met our personal part hostess when we arrived and she took care of everything the entire party. She was kind, caring, and patient, and she helped things run smoothly. We had a few special needs children, and she was great with that as well. The food was pretty good but I would recommend bringing your own cake because the cookie cake that comes with the party is lackluster. They had my sons initial and age in lights on the table. They helped with the cake, setting up bowling for the guests, refilling food and drinks, making sure no one touches your food/drink. The minimum is 5 kids for a party , so you have to pay for at least 5 kids. 7+ kids gets you 2 lanes. They have 4 party packages, you pay per person, and the packages get each better with each tier. I'd recommend it for a party."

"Bowlero in White Plains is excellent. We recently had a holiday party there with our family and the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. The personalized sign when we arrived made it feel even more special. The venue is clean and well-maintained. It’s the perfect spot for a fun celebration."

"The place was great!!! The waitstaff was very attentive and ensured that we were ok. There was a mix up with the lane we were assigned but it was swiftly corrected!! There’s a lot more to do than just bowling but I had an excellent time doing just that (bowling). It got a little loud but that’s expected when there’s excitement from friendly competition!!! 10/10 recommend!!!"
