"I was so nervous and intimidated to start a gym like Burn…it is intense…but it’s amazing. My first few workouts I had a buddy that helped me and “showed me the ropes” ..literally. I am so inspired by the strength, generosity and kindness of this community. I miss it when I’m not there and look forward to the next time I can go. I gained a sense of confidence I didn’t even know I was missing. The trainers are all so friendly and helpful they will modify workouts to your needs but also push you. From a scheduling perspective, kids and work, it’s helpful for me they have such early morning camps, they also have 1:1 sessions to help you work on your fitness goals through nutrition and working out. All in all it is an incredibly rewarding and effective workout."
