"If you love your kids just a little bit, don't bring them to this place. They are understaffed and the employees are rude. It is expensive and the kind of service you get is not worth it at all. My child was there only for a few minutes, I I couldn't let her there by herself. My child was the only one at that time. She started crying and no one came to see her. I had to yell so she can get assistance. I can imagine what would happen when there are more kids. I think it is better if you leave your kids alone at home rather than bring them to this place"
"When my daughter was 4 we came to check this place out. My daughter is now 9. About 20 minutes after we dropped her off i came to check on her and she was hysterically crying. I saw that no one was checking on her so i picked her up. She told me that she fell going down the slide. No one came to check on her and when i told them they acted like they didnt now. Also the next day she got sick. Her friend tryed it out a year later and she got sick also. Ive learned to never come back here again, there unkind and they need to do a better job at cleaning."
"That's absolutely true that's not for younger kids. My kid got hurt and feeling bad when coming out. And obviously two lanes for drop off and pick up. When waiting for dropping off kids I saw others parents picking up their kids and I have to wait them.When I picked up I lined up at the pick up place and there was also other parent in front of me. When I got my turn she asked me "Are you in line and showing drop off lane??". What a such weird question. I was in the pick up line. That front desk gave some hard time and has bad attitude."
"I have 3 kids. We have been going there since my oldest was 7. He is now 26. My other two love it there. My middle one was upset when he out grow it. My youngest is always asking to go. They are all friendly and very helpful."
