"I purchased a pricey wedding dress from Lastrina with a beautiful bow attachment for my wedding day. Buying the dress was easy and quick. However, upon taking it to another tailor for alterations, I discovered the bow attachment was missing and I was very upset. Despite contacting Lastrina, they promised to look into it but never followed up. After my wedding, I followed up again when preserving the dress and the owner claimed that she put the bow in the bottom of the dress bag and that it wasn’t their responsibility. The bow was the reason I bought the dress. It was never replaced or and cannot be reordered. The process post-purchase was disappointing, and communication was lacking."

"I am SO glad that I ended up at this salon. I was a nervous first time wedding dress shopper, and Krista did so well easing my anxiety and helping me along the way. She knew exactly what I needed to see and how I wanted to feel in my wedding dress, and led me to the perfect gown. I cannot yet speak to alterations or the ordering process, as I was able to take my dress home day of because it was a sample - but Krista made the shopping experience a very memorable and special day for me and my family, and I could tell that she cared about my experience as a customer, and was constantly checking in on how I was feeling. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dress! (The salon’s size inclusivity and variety of dresses is a huge plus)"

"I’m writing this review because I’ve been to about 10 different salons to try on dresses and this was my worst experience. I will say, they have a good selection of dresses and fair prices; my issue was with our sales associate. The entire time during both our visits she acted extremely annoyed - I gave her the benefit of the doubt during the first visit thinking she could have had a bad day or something. I thought I was going to buy a dress during my second visit, so she was extremely chipper & chatty until I put on the dress again and decided it wasn’t for me. I then asked to try on other dresses in which she replied with a very snarky comment & proceeded to act very annoyed and make the remainder of our visit very awkward. I actually purposefully did not buy a dress from this salon because I didn’t want to buy from that particular associate. Like I said, they had a good dress selection. Of the 9 other salons I’ve been to, I’ve always had the most kind, personable and patient ladies. I ended up buying from Kleinfeld and had the most wonderful associate. Just want people to be warned. It’s never easy dress shopping & it doesn’t help having an unpleasant associate."

Their bridal consultants are super professional and give you the individual attention you want when you are wedding dress shopping. The dresses they have are super affordable, especially with the way inflation is these days. I went in expecting to find my dream dress for way over budget, and instead I found it way under my budget. I would recommend Lastrina to any future bride!"

"The bridal team at Lastrina was incredibly accommodating, kind, and compassionate. I was so nervous going into my appointment, but the staff made me feel so at ease. I wasn’t super sure what I was looking for, and they pulled a large assortment for me to try, and helped me find what flattered me and made me feel beautiful! Highly recommend to any bride looking for her dream dress. As an added bonus, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their options were!"
