"If you're looking to be completely disrespected not only as a parent but as a mother, this is the place for you. Go to drop my children off only to find my passcode to the door had been "deactivated" with no prior communication to me at all by the "assistant director" who when confronted about the situation claimed that "Dad said you were no longer utilizing our services on 'your' days". Also took it upon herself to remove me from the app the daycare utilizes so that I can see when my children are getting on and off the bus to the daycare. Totally unprofessional, especially for a leadership position. Mind you this is after being with this daycare for SIX years. Ironically, she has given a 5 star review for her place of employment."
