"Being in the strange times we live in during Covid we have become quite flexible.. we had called early 2021 and the school didn't know if they were doing the becoming 2's program. Which ok fine but let us know if it just so happens in the fall. Much to our delight they decided to do the program again! We registered, paid tuition etc. Was extremely excited that we would be with our 13 month old from September to January then he would be solo January to the end of the school year. Loved the gradual approach. I called today to inquire about the actual start date because the various emails and schedules just were not clear. And to my horror they stated that parents weren't welcome to join!! That a teacher would come out and carry the children IN!! Mind you school starts in ONE WEEK. Nobody had informed us of that nor does the website imply that for this program at all even in the Covid updates. We were given a run around and excuse after excuse. They did offer a full refund (we will see if that actually comes to fruition) but now we are scrambling to find a program for our son a week before school begins. This was highly unprofessional on my fronts and then come to find out not all teachers are vaccinated!?!? And yet hyper cautious , triple vaccinated parents aren't allowed in!? Consumer beware. The lack of communication is appalling to say the least. Also it takes less than an hour to update your website to reflect this change in program.. at the very least you could have done that & called/emailed parents MORE than a week ahead of time"
"There is no better place to send your child if you live in the area. ALL of the teachers and their assistants are top notch. The staff is just amazing -- happy, cheerful, understanding and tolerant. The facility is also HUGE, where children have the ability to exercise and learn coordination. My son is extremely active and World Cup meets all of his needs. He loves his teachers and the other students and doesn't even look back when I drop him off."
