"I recently visited RPM raceway for the 1st time and was blown away by the customer service I received from all staff I encountered. I was greeted and assisted at the front by Astrid and Dayanna who answered my questions about the different packages RPM offered. There are A LOT of things to do, but they were very knowledge about the offerings and were able to make appropriate recommendations. It was Friday night so it was busy, but at no point did I feel rushed. I also had a few questions for the manager on staff about private gatherings and had the pleasure of meeting Barbara who was extremely pleasant. She was personable and reassuring that RPM was fully capable of accommodating our needs. If you’re planning an event at RPM do yourself a favor and talk to Barbara. Other staff I encountered throughout my visit were all helpful and attentive to detail. Overall the place was clean, organized and not overly crowded. I bowled and played throughout the arcade and surprisingly there was not one malfunction or technical difficulty. Bowling was especially cool because they had mini games that you could select from your control panel. You could also set bumpers electronically based on a persons turn making that process very smooth and easy. All the tickets from the games we played went to my game card which I used to cash in a prize at the end of the night. I had a great time & highly recommend"

"I went to RPM today with my son & wife and we had a great time. The go-karts are fun, fast and kid-friendly. There’s legit something for all age groups. They have arcade games all over the place and bowling as well. The bowling was great Giovanni was great help and very friendly. He got us our own lane and helps us when we had a technical difficulty with the balls coming back. They are fast and very helpful. Overall I recommend this place to everyone! Great Place!!"

"This place offers a fantastic combination of thrilling go-kart racing, exciting arcade games, and enjoyable bowling. The go-kart track was well-maintained and provided an exhilarating experience. The karts were fast, and the track layout was challenging yet safe. My teenage kids loved the adrenaline rush as they zoomed around the corners, competing with friends. The arcade was clean, well-organized, and the machines were in great working condition. I particularly enjoyed the air hockey and racing simulators. The overall ambiance of the place was vibrant and energetic. The staff members were attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. The facility was clean, and safety precautions were visibly in place, which was reassuring."
