"I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and wasn’t asked if I needed help or even acknowledged while I was standing there. The person working even made eye contact with me more than once. The least someone can say is “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” where’s the customer service?"
"Bought a bracelet from there yesterday night. It broke this morning. I went to get it fixed today and when I got to the stand no one was there so I walked around for about 25 minutes checking continuously, then when I got back the lady was helping someone else so I waited patiently. While I was waiting (for about another 10/15 minutes) another group of people walked up and waited about 2 minutes before she finished up with the people before me and helped the group that walked up after me. I waited 35-40 minutes to not even be helped. A waste of time and energy after work."
