"The Lourdes shrine has been a part of my life for over forty years and my mother still volunteers in the gift shop. You can spend an afternoon walking the stations of the cross along a path that winds through a wooded hillside, picnic at the tables set up in a grotto by a small stream, and go to an outdoor mass. The gift shop has all kinds of statues, medals, and other items. They can order stuff for you as well."
"Oct 2021 I was in the area and stopped by. Lots of free parking, restrooms and snack area available. You can walk the grounds, sit, pray, meditate or just enjoy the quiet. There are many chairs to sit and pray. Mass schedules are listed. The stations of the cross are almost life sized and you can walk to them, through the forest, well marked, easy walk, a few small uphills which may be tougher for some seniors. I found this place very calming and spiritual."
