"I reached out (emailed from website) to 14K late one night after discovering that my late mother's ring that I have been wearing for the last 8 years had developed a crack through it. They responded quickly and I saw them for the repair. The woman at the front (Melissa, I believe her name was) was extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind. She suggested we resize the ring to fit my finger to best care for it and, while I was hesitant, I am so glad I did. As you can see from the before and after photos, the ring looks so much better than it did and now it FITS. As per my request, they left the wear on the ring and did not polish as, to me, the wear reminds me of her. I really appreciated that they respected my wishes with that. I dropped off early in their day, around 11am and I received a call from them later that evening that my ring was ready for pick-up. I am not sure if they are normally this fast with repairs or if it was easy enough to do and they knew it was special...whatever the reason, it is greatly appreciated. I will be coming here from now on for my jewelry needs and I will be suggesting to anyone who will listen to me. Cost was reasonable as well! Thank you so much for your incredible and fast service and for the wonderful job you did on my Mom's ring. She'd be so happy."
