"The customer service was terrible. They could not provide an estimate of the time to completion and took almost one month to repair relatively minor damage. The charges were excessive. I do not recommend using Hoffman Collision Center."

Glen Damboise Reached out to me shortly after my visit to address my concerns and reassured me that changes were being made to improve the overall experience on a daily. I am glad they have someone in office who cares about the integrity of their work & most importantly, the impression of this establishment that a customer leaves with. You can tell this is a manager who strives to excel in all aspects & is just a genuinely good guy all around. You see him in the office interacting with customers in such a positive manner. "A very good experience. They were thorough, respectful and helpful regarding insurance and rentals. Work was done on time, performed well, and they kept me in the loop. They know what they are doing, and the packed lot attests to this. Also, they are conveniently located, especially if you are “east of the river”. My representative Asad was excellent.
