"I had an 8:30 appointment. Mechanic arrived 15 minutes late and then spent 45 minutes explaining ignition interlock to someone. My car went into the shop at 9:30 and I finally got out at 1:30 over 5 hours after I'd arrived. It was just a ball joint replacement and a front end alignment. The solitary mechanic takes packages, phone calls and visitor interruptions so of course he can't finish work in a timely way. I used to recommend this place but no longer. Not a place for repair work unless you have loads of hours to kill. I bought my car there but I'm all done with the place."
