"I went to the oriellys in willimantic ct, and dealt with the store manager Jackie. When I called yesterday, I was panicking and stressed out because other competitors were not working with me and she told me to just breathe and relax. She ordered the part I needed and it was delivered to the store this morning. She offered competitive prices, and still looked at me with the calm in her voice and her eyes and said relax your good.
