"Cold reception. 16 year old got in accident , they couldn't even have the decency to ask if he was ok when we arrived to pick up his back pack.They seemed annoyed car was being towed to another place ( my mom's car, not mine) Almost refused to let us take stuff out as my mom had not yet paid for tow. Money was their main concern, not care ,consideration or customer service . We had to email them permission from my mom to remove items which Is understandable and I had no problem doing however ,they were just totally uncaring and acted annoyed .They need a class on compassion.The work they do might be great , I'll NEVER go back due to their personality ."

"Some of the rudest customer service ever. Receptionist said "we need to make sure we are going to get paid before you can take photos of the car." My mom was in a severe car accident and in the hospital and while I understand that they want to get "paid" you can have a less abrasive tone. Worst salvage shop ever."
"Collected our vehicle WITHOUT us being present! Approx. 1 hour PRIOR to PRE-SCHEDULED pick up, time set up by our insurance. Our vehicle was locked and I had the keys, so how exactly did the service provider access our locked car? Upon arriving to the drop off destination, I was informed that the service provider was disrespectful to staff and parked the vehicle ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE AUTO BODY SHOP (despite being given directions of where to park it, on the lot). So now our vehicle won't be fixed by the shop until AFTER 3:30pm (IF THE BUSY SHOP CAN EVEN FIND THE TIME, NOW). First time being serviced by this organization. TERRIBLE! 3.16.22"
