"If I could give 10 stars I would! I had to take my car to Crystal Clear Collision because it was parked and got hit. From the estimate, to the pickup of the car, it was an excellent experience. Filipe, the Manager, was very friendly. He gave me an estimate without making an appointment or having to wait. The shop was so clean and organized, I decided to use them . He handled all the details with my insurance broker. They did the repairs and had my car done exactly when he said it would be ready. The workmanship was outstanding! In fact my car looked brand new. It looked like it went to a detail shop. Even my tire rims looked new and they didn’t even need to touch them. After picking up my car I got a personal email from the owner, Chris, thanking me for using his company and asking me if I was satisfied. I really appreciated that. Service these days isn’t exactly pleasant but my experience with CCC was exceptional from start to finish. I wish all companies conducted business this way! I would highly recommend this company."
