I called on Thursday and Tom scheduled the first appointment of the next day. He got the filter in advance as it is a specialty item thus avoiding any delay for parts on the day of service. Shawn took me first thing on Friday and was done in an hour, in and out. Alway pleasant to deal with, fairly priced and they know the history of the car so make suggestions when appropriate."
