"Joe Lamberti had taken a job for me on my vehicle and took 9 months and 3 weeks on the job. Had to send the motor to another shop and didn’t communicate properly with me at all a time of repair so I had to keep the vehicle on the insurance and paid parking garage fees the entire time for nothing. Unprofessional business and never felt as I was a priority as a customer. Always had excuses like they were busy they weren’t there they were short staffed waiting on parts. From the time the motor was completed at the other shop it took 3 months for him to even go and get it. I would never recommend or use this place again."
